Andy Brecker has over 28 years of insurance consulting experience starting out as a customer service representative and moving over to a sales/consulting  role since 1994.  Andy carries a Property & Casualty license for the state of PA.  Andy welcomes the opportunity to meet face to face with his clients to understand the specifics of the client's business in order to provide proper risk assessment and insurance placement.  Andy is a 1986 graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School and a got a B.A. Degree in Political Science from The University of Scranton in 1990.
