The annual conference is our premier professional development event, focused on sharing best practices and building program capacity to strengthen the effectiveness of services and the sustainability of community-based organizations that assist individuals to secure and maintain employment.

Since 1992, Suited for Change have served more than 29,000 women. Suited for Chang provides professional attire, coaching, and skills training to women in need who are seeking employment. These women are referred to us by more than 120 partners in the DC region.
