2018 Annual Conference Speaker: Treacy Henry

Treacy Henry, Director of Development, Career Wardrobe

Treacy Henry is a senior marketing and development professional who has worked with a range of non-profit organizations specializing in fundraising, special events, corporate, foundation and government relations, and non-profit board development. Treacy is currently Director of Development for Career Wardrobe, a non-profit that provides job seekers with the resources they need to increase their self-confidence and prepare them to market themselves in their job search. Previous Director of Development positions have included Covenant House Pennsylvania (2014-2017), Delaware Valley Friends School (2011-2014), and Clarke Schools for Hearing & Speech (2005-2011). She also served as Director of the Parents Program at Bryn Mawr College from 2000-2003 and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Prior to her career in fundraising, she worked for PBS as a television producer and received three Emmy Awards for programming focused on pressing social issues. In her early career, she owned a catering business in Manhattan and was featured in New York Magazine as Truman Capote’s “favorite caterer.” Treacy holds a BA degree in communications from the University of Pennsylvania and is an avid fan of the arts. She has performed with several local theater groups including the Savoy Company, the West Chester Gilbert & Sullivan Society and the Philadelphia Gilbert & Sullivan Union and created costumes for three productions at the International Gilbert & Sullivan Festival in the UK.
