Christine Moriarty, Manager of Volunteer Programming, Broad Street Ministry
As the Manager of Volunteer Programming at Broad Street Ministry (BSM), Christine connects thousands of Philadelphians to one another; bridging the social barriers that turn strangers into neighbors. The core commitment of BSM is to promote flourishing and belonging by providing services that meet basic human needs with radical hospitality. With a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, she pairs scholarship with social responsibility for a better Philadelphia. Her background in the Arts and Humanities fuels her to uncover and curate narratives that create connectedness among Philadelphians.
