ACDN Welcomes It’s New Administrative Manager


A Note From Board President, Connie Gold.

We are thrilled to welcome Lisa Wingfield as our new Administrative Manager.

Lisa Wingfield, has led a career as a promising community advocate in her home town of Baltimore. In 2018, she was named Twenty in Their Twenties by Towson University for social entrepreneurship.

Serving as the Executive Director at Madeit Foundation Inc, Lisa Wingfield plays a major role in developing new talent, connecting organizations, and growing the opportunities of local youth. In this role, she has helped improve her community by developing a program to help partner Maryland emerging nonprofits. MadeIt Foundation Inc has been an ACDN member agency since 2017.

Prior to her current role at Madeit Foundation Inc, Lisa worked for Costar Group, eBay, Lincoln College, and LWC. Lisa currently holds a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resource Management and Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Lisa is currently a professional member of SHRM & NAPS.

Lisa Wingfield

Lisa Wingfield has led a career as a promising community advocate in her home town of Baltimore. In 2018, she was named Twenty in Their Twenties by Towson University for social entrepreneurship. Lisa has also spoken at several organizational events, including The Foster Care Network Alumni Conference 2018, Professional Black Men Skill Fest, Enoch Pratt Libraries, and the Baltimore School System.

Serving as the Executive Director at Madeit Foundation Inc, Lisa Wingfield plays a major role in developing new talent, connecting organizations, and growing the opportunities of local youth. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped improve her community by developing a program to help partner Maryland emerging nonprofits; as well as, serving on the lived experience committee of Baltimore City's Collaborative Planning and Implementation Committee (CPIC) to help Baltimore City Police department improve community relations mandated by Consent Decree, and pledging to help the Society of Human Resource Management's effort to hire & train the re-entry population.

Prior to her current role at Madeit Foundation Inc, Lisa worked for Costar Group, PayPal (formerly under eBay), Lincoln College, and LWC. Lisa currently holds a Masters in Science Degree in Human Resource Management and Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Lisa also is currently a professional member of SHRM & NAPS.
